Office Policy for Regular Massage/Facial Clients
Our office strives to provide excellent service to our clients. In effort to ensure a positive massage experience, our office has instituted the following policies:
24 hour cancellation notice is required for a massage or facial appointments. If the 24 hour cancellation policy is abused, the therapist has the right not to re-schedule an appointment.
Your scheduled appointment is your time. If you are late, you will receive the remainder of your time. If you are more than 15 minutes late with no phone call, the therapist has the right to cancel your appointment. If our office is responsible for the delay you will receive your full time.
If you choose to leave gratuity, please provide in the form of cash or check.
