General Terms (All Membership Levels)
- All memberships are billed monthly on the same date each month
- We do not offer prorated charges or refunds for partial months
- Memberships do not pause or extend for unused time
- Membership level changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- Not to be combined with any other offers

Recovery Membership Terms & Conditions
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned Member and Cascades Chiropractic Wellness Center. By purchasing or utilizing a Recovery Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Services
Your Recovery Membership includes access to the following services based on the membership tier selected:
Red Light or Blue Light Therapy
ChromoInfrared Therapy Sauna
Cold Plunge
Hot Plunge
Vibration Acoustic Sound Bed
Vibration Plate
Any additional services, as described in your specific membership plan
2. Membership Term
Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew unless cancelled in writing at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.
A minimum commitment period of 1 Month may apply depending on the membership type selected.
3. Booking & Usage
Sessions must be booked in advance using our scheduling system.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in your minutes being forfeited for the minutes you booked that day. Minutes do not roll over to next month.
You agree to arrive on time and follow all staff guidance, safety protocols, and posted policies during your visit.
4. Membership Freeze & Cancellation
You may request to freeze your membership for up to 1 month per 12-month period, with prior written notice.
You may cancel your membership, after the initial commitment period, by providing written notice 7 days before your next billing date.
Early cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee unless due to medical or other qualifying circumstances (documentation required).
5. Health & Safety Acknowledgment
You affirm that you are physically able to use the recovery services offered.
You agree to inform staff of any medical conditions or concerns prior to use.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of the services and release Cascades Chiropractic Wellness Center, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any injury, illness, or condition resulting from participation.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable except in cases of documented medical conditions or facility error.
A valid payment method must be kept on file; declined payments may result in a $25 late fee and suspension of membership access.
7. Facility Rules
We reserve the right to modify available services, hours, or policies at any time, with notice.
Disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
